licence to use

I want to use your pictures, can I?

Photos are the exclusive property of photographer Marcel den Rooijen of DENROOIJEN Photography and are protected by copyright under Dutch and international law. Copyrights are not transferable. For a fee, it is possible to obtain a licence to use photos. The following licences are available:

Private licence

• for private use (business or editorial use not allowed)
• high-resolution photos suitable for print
• free web-resolution photos (name tagged) for use on social media
• when published, mention "© DENROOIJEN Photography"

Business licence

• business or editorial use
• choice of temporary or unlimited duration of use
• exclusivity possible
• high-resolution photos suitable for print
• free web-resolution photos (name tagged) for use on social media

Subject to conditions, a FREE TFP licence is available for (aspiring) professional ballet dancers.

TFP licence

• customised right of use
• free of charge
• limited availability for dancers aged 16 years or older.

General

Customised licences in consultation. Photos will not be provided unedited. Modifications of photos are not permitted. Without permission, licenses are not transferable to third parties. Photos may be used by DENROOIJEN Photography for portfolio en promotional purposes. In case of the TFP licence, additional use will be agreed.
